Identify documents, databases, registers, interviews or field sources; verify definitions, consistency, frequency, missing values and limitations.
Collection & preparation
When data is missing, design the questionnaire, interview guide or collection protocol; organize controls and prepare a usable dataset.
Analysis & scenarios
Analyse trends, variances, costs, margins, performance, behaviours or statistical results. Test sensitive assumptions where useful.
Deliverable construction
Produce the report, dashboard, forecast model, procedure, roadmap or training material matched to real use.
Readout & transfer
Present results, explain limitations, answer questions and train the people who will maintain or use the tool.
DATA QUALITY

A sophisticated dashboard built on inconsistent definitions remains a poor tool. That is why the firm may begin by cleaning, coding, documenting and securing the update process before producing final analysis.
